New Employees at LX Pantos Assemble Bikes
for Donation
- “Bikes for Care” campaign promotes social responsibility and team-building
New employees at LX Pantos (CEO: Lee Yong-ho) recently assembled and donated bicycles for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
On March 20, the company held an onboarding program for recently hired employees at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
One of the highlights of the program was the Bikes for Care campaign—an initiative aimed at fostering teamwork and giving back to the community.
Grouped together in teams of six, the new hires worked to assemble a total of 10 bicycles. Once completed, each bicycle underwent a thorough inspection by experts to ensure assembly quality and safety.
The bicycles will be donated to children in need across Seoul through ChildFund Korea.
Um Yong-ki, one of the participating employees, shared his thoughts on the experience: “Working alongside my colleagues to build these bikes taught me the true value of collaboration,” he said. “I hope these bikes can bring hope and inspiration to all these children who have dreamed of owning a bicycle.”
LX Pantos official said, “LX Pantos implements social contribution in various ways for ESG management,” and “We are including social contribution activities in the orientation training for new employees so that they can learn the value of donation and volunteer work.”
