Pantos Rebranded as LX Pantos
Pantos’s new Corporate Identity
In a landmark decision, Pantos, led by CEO Choi Won-hyuk, has rebranded itself as LX Pantos.
The company successfully secured unanimous shareholder approval for a name change during an extraordinary meeting held at its Jongno-gu headquarters in Seoul on June 24, 2021. The approval resolution signals a transformation for the company, as both its Korean and English names will now be LX Pantos.
This change is slated to take effect officially from July 1,2021, marking a significant milestone in the company’s evolution. The decision to rebrand itself comes in the wake of Pantos’s recent integration into the newly established LX Group. The move, which saw the company separate from the LG Group in May 2021, necessitated a fresh identity to align with its new corporate structure and strategic direction.
