LX Pantos Provides Summer Heat Safety Support
for Partner Companies

LX Pantos (CEO: Lee Yong-ho) announced that it is distributing new workwear and safety supplies to 3,000 field workers at 100 partner companies to help prevent heat-related illnesses at logistics sites during the peak of the summer heat.
The initiative is designed to protect the health of frontline logistics workers and promote a prevention-oriented safety culture in cooperation with LX Pantos partner companies.
The new workwear comes in the form of lightweight, short-sleeved collared shirts featuring breathable, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabric, with fluorescent orange coloring and reflective strips that improve worker visibility across logistics sites.
Previously, workers were required to wear a separate safety vest over their workwear, which added heat and discomfort during summer operations. The new workwear integrates the key functions of a safety vest, thereby reducing the need for additional protective gear while improving comfort in hot working conditions.
LX Pantos will also provide safety supplies to these same partner companies, including salt glucose tablets, cooling sleeves, cooling towels, and heat index meters. These items will support fluid and electrolyte replenishment, body temperature management, and on-site monitoring of temperature and humidity.
Speaking about this safety-oriented initiative, one LX Pantos official commented, “Workers at logistics sites face heightened health risks during periods of extreme heat, making heat illness prevention a critical priority. We will continue to work closely with our partner companies to create safer and more comfortable working environments.”
