LX Pantos Obtains LEED Gold Certification
for MegaWise Cheongna Center

On January 13, 2026, LX Pantos (Global CEO: Lee Yong-ho) announced that its MegaWise Cheongna Fulfillment Center was awarded Gold certification based on the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) system.
LEED, administered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the most widely recognized green building rating system in 186 countries worldwide. The certification is granted to buildings that pass a rigorous evaluation of their environmental performance across key metrics, including energy, water, resources, sustainable sites, and indoor environmental quality.
The LX Pantos MegaWise Cheongna Fulfillment Center achieved high marks across all nine evaluation categories, including Energy & Atmosphere, Water Efficiency, Materials & Resources, and Sustainable Sites. Notably, this marks only the second time a newly built logistics center in Korea has achieve LEED Gold certification.
With the recent tightening of environmental regulations and rising standards expected by global clients, the importance of establishing eco-friendly infrastructure is gaining prominence across the entire supply chain, including the logistics industry.
Strategically located near Incheon International Airport, Incheon Port, and the South Cheongna Interchange (IC), the MegaWise Cheongna Fulfillment Center is a massive fulfillment center with a total floor area of 142,852 ㎡. LX Pantos utilizes this facility as a key hub for its e-commerce business and as a “K-Culture Flagship Center,” primarily handling items such as beauty products, apparel, and music albums produced in Korea.
* A fulfillment center is a logistics facility that manages the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process, from product storage and order reception to picking/packing, shipping, delivery coordination, and returns processing.
