LX Pantos Acquires Mega-Sized Fulfillment Center

in Incheon

- Expansive 142,852 facility, equivalent to 20 soccer fields

- Strategically located near Incheon Airport, Incheon Port, and major expressways bound for the Seoul Metropolitan Area

- Boosting e-commerce competitiveness through integrated K-culture fulfillment and cross-border shipping services

LX Pantos (CEO: Lee Yong-ho) has acquired a mega-sized fulfillment center in the Cheongna district of Incheon, securing one of the largest fulfillment facilities in Korea as a corporate asset.

This strategic acquisition is set to strengthen LX Pantos’s cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) capabilities and support the company’s expanding global logistics network.

On February 13, LX Pantos announced the acquisition of the MegaWise Cheongna Fulfillment Center, located at 393-50 Wonchang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The facility spans a land area of 26,025 ㎡, with a total floor area of 142,852 ㎡ across 11 floors—equivalent to the size of 20 soccer fields.

Situated in a prime logistics hub, the facility offers unparalleled connectivity to major transport routes. It is conveniently located near Incheon International Airport and key maritime gateways, including Incheon’s North Port, Inner Port, and New Port. Additionally, its proximity to Namcheongna Interchange (IC) ensures seamless access to Seoul and the greater metropolitan area via the 1st and 2nd ring expressways, as well as the Gyeongin and 2nd Gyeongin expressways.

LX Pantos plans to position the new facility as its flagship hub for K-culture fulfillment, thus enhancing its ability to meet the growing global demand for Korean products. The facility will provide integrated fulfillment and cross-border shipping services, tailored to support the increasing volume of direct purchase exports (CBEC exports) for K-beauty productions, fashion, and K-pop merchandise.

According to the Korea Customs Service, CBEC exports reached $2.9 billion in 2024, reflecting a fivefold increase from $563 million in 2019.

One LX Pantos official described this move forward by saying, “The new Cheongna Fulfillment Center will serve as a key logistics hub in the western region [of the country], complementing our existing facilities at Incheon Airport and Sihwa MTV. By operating a large-scale, dedicated fulfillment center, we will significantly enhance our operational stability and efficiency, delivering optimized logistics solutions for our global customers.”
