Voice of Customer (VoC) personal information collection and usage agreement

LX Pantos Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall faithfully comply with personal information protection rules prescribed by the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws. All personal information is processed in accordance with relevant laws or under the agreement provided by the consent of the owner of the information.

3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

  • - Personal information is retained for one (1) year after the inquiry case is completely processed.
